The defrost board on my unit had failed as did the in-unit thermostat. I had suspected the refrigerant was low as the whole unit had frozen solid. I called Mr. Josh with 3M and he was able to quickly arrive and diagnose the issue. The parts were available practically the next day and installation was professional. Even fixed other issues that could have easily been looked over or just ignored as the symptoms would not have been apparent immediately. Fantastic service at a very reasonable price. Overall, I cannot recommend them enough and they’ll be my now go to HVAC!
